Nutritious Food Diet—Day 11
Today, I went shopping with my friends, so I needed a quick and healthy snack. I ate a nuts bar, which gave me good energy without breaking my diet. For breakfast, I had yogurt with fruit, and lunch was a simple vegetable salad with brown rice. Dinner was bread toast with egg omelet and vegetables. I felt happy to enjoy time with friends while sticking to my healthy eating plan. This day showed me that I can balance social life and my nutritious diet well.
