Nutritious Food Diet—Day 12



Today was a busy day with lots of lectures, so I kept my meals simple and quick. For breakfast, I had a boiled egg, a Nutri-Grain bar, and apple slices. Lunch was plain basmati rice with steamed chicken and lots of fresh veggies. Dinner was bread toast. I drank plenty of water throughout the day. Even though I was tired, I felt good knowing I stayed on track with my diet. It showed me that eating healthy is possible even on a busy day.
