Nutritious Food Diet—Day 5



On Day 5, I woke up feeling fresh and more energetic. For breakfast, I had, as usual, banana slices and a boiled egg. Lunch was plain basmati rice with boiled chicken with pepper powder and salt. Dinner was cucumber salad

I felt happy seeing small changes in my energy level and mood. Though I missed some spicy food, I reminded myself that healthy choices are worth it. Each day is making me stronger and more focused on my goals.
