Nutritious Food Diet—Day 10




Day 10 was a regular weekday with lectures as usual. I started my morning with water, followed by a healthy breakfast of boiled eggs and apple slices. Lunch was mixed grain rice with soyameat.

During the short break, I had a handful of nuts as a snack to stay energized. Dinner was light and simple—chapati with mixed vegetables. Even with a busy schedule, I was happy to stay consistent with my diet and felt more active throughout the day.
