Nutritious Food Diet—Day 13


Today was a relaxing day at the hostel. I made a simple breakfast with pasta and steamed fish, banana slices, and some grapes. For lunch, I cooked crispy chicken, apple slices, and grapes. Dinner was steamed chicken and some fresh fruits.


I avoided junk food and drank lots of water. I felt more energetic and less hungry between meals. This day reminded me that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated. I’m happy with how my body is responding to the nutritious food.
