Nutritious Food Diet—Day 6


Day 6 felt a bit lazy, maybe because it was the weekend. I went home from the boarding, so I had a chance to try some different recipes in my nutritious food diet journey. Still, I stayed on track. I began the day with warm water. For breakfast, I had three boiled eggs. Lunch was vegetable fried rice with chicken curry. Dinner was light chapati with steamed vegetables.

I craved some fried snacks but avoided them. Instead of junk food, I ate a nut bar coated with dark chocolate. I’m learning to enjoy clean eating, and I feel proud of the discipline I’m building.
