Nutritious Food Diet—Day 8
Today I felt refreshed and more focused. I began my morning with warm water. For breakfast, I had some slices of pears. Lunch was plain rice, brinjal curry, and grilled fish. Dinner was a vegetable soup with some slices of bread.
I noticed my skin looking a bit clearer, and I didn’t feel tired like before. Day 8 made me feel like my body is slowly adjusting to this healthy routine.
