Nutritious Food Diet—Day 9
Today was a little different and special because I went out with my family. I still started my day with warm water. For breakfast, I had 2 boiled eggs. Lunch was enjoyed outside—a grilled chicken wrap with a side of salad, which was tasty and healthy. In the evening, I added a healthy snack—steamed and roasted corn. Dinner was Aatta Chappathi.
Even with the outing, I stayed on track and felt happy that I made healthy choices while enjoying time with my family.
